When Skyworth air conditioner status is abnormal, temperature indicator on indoor unit will blink to display a corresponding Skyworth aircon error codes. Please refer to below list for identification of error code.

| CL | Filter filth, blockage alert | Power off, clean filter. If the filter is not dirty, turn off the air conditioner for 2 minutes. Then restart, error code will be removed automatically. |
| E1 | Overheat protection | Turn off the Aircon, then restart it after 5 minutes. If the error code occurs again after a few minutes. Contact Skyworth Aircon Service Center. |
| E2 | Overcurrent protection | Turn off the Aircon, then restart after 5 minutes. If the error code occurs again after a few minutes. Contact Skyworth Aircon Service Center. |
| HE | Auxiliary heat control circuit malfunction | Pull out the Aircon plug from power source. Contact Skyworth Aircon Service Center. |
| L0 | Jumper malfunction | Pull out the Aircon plug, then restart after 3 minutes. If the error code occurs again. Contact Skyworth Aircon Service Center. |
| L1 | PG (Pulse-Guided) motor (indoor) zero-crossing detecting circuit malfunction. | Turn off the Skyworth Aircon, then restart it after a few seconds. If the error code occurs again after a few minutes. Contact Skyworth Aircon Service Center. |
| L2 | No feedback signal of indoor unit fan | Turn off the Skyworth Aircon, then restart it after a few seconds. If the error code occurs again after a few minutes. Contact Skyworth Aircon Service Center. |
| L3/L6 | Communication malfunction | Power off the Skyworth air-conditioning unit, then restart it after 3 minutes. If the error code occurs again, please check the communication wire of the indoor unit and outdoor unit is correct or not, then power on again. |
